Detail: After being empty for almost 2-years, the space that formerly housed Caffeine's restaurant is reborn as Lattitude, the vision of one of the area's "Hottest Chef's". Jeffrey Daigneau who has put his mark on the menu's of Max's Tavern, Tumble Brook Country Club, Eastside Grill and School Street Bistro has stepped out of the box to open his "scratch menu" concept Lattitude, a restaurant with the attitude to be different. From his signature menus and plating to his unique cocktails and wine list you are guaranteed an unforgettable experience. The restaurant was designed and built by Dan Cassidy and Joe Viens who lay claim to places like Hot Table near WNEC and SKYPLEX in Downtown Springfield, whose unbelievable flare comes out as soon as you walk through the doors.
